Great device! Very loud and portable. Would recommend this to have all the time.

Really pleased with this purchase, added to my car keychain--it is lightweight, compact, and quite aesthetic (I got white/gold). I work late nights and as a female, this truly gives me an added sense of safety walking to my car and around my place of work in a populous city.

I recently bought this item, and Im super happy with it. I did suggest it to a few friends who have college kids and elder parents. The size is perfect and its very light. Im even considering attaching it to my dog when we go on late night walks!! Be creative and make the best use of it!!

The alarm is real loud, and you’ll have a tough time fitting the pin back while your ears hurt – and so would an attacker, all good. The size is small enough to fit in any pocket, and it also comes with a carabiner to attach to (preferably) something that you wear, not to something that can be the actual item of interest to be snatched from you, like a purse or (contrary to the product description) a backpack or a gym bag. The “pin” is attached to the top of this device, and it is not easy to pull out accidentally, it takes a bit of force. Once pulled out, the light flashing and the loud sound are sure to draw attention from a distance.The included instructions are lacking details: they mention “the pin” but none of the drawings actually show which part is the pin, nor do they show the device with the pin removed. Also, the instructions give steps on how to replace the batteries, but it is easier said than done, and confusing in the absence of details: first step is to open the case of the device, but there is no marking nor any screw, there must be some clips underneath. These instructions need serious improving.The description on amazon’s product page states that this uses two CR2 batteries. The instructions state it takes two CR2032 batteries. Not sure what kind of batteries this device needs, and I am reluctant to try opening it before it does need new batteries. Which brings another observation: there is no mention of how the device may indicate the batteries are running low. I guess there is no indication, which is risky: may fail in a situation when the device is needed, which would not be a good situation.

I got this product because I’m always scared to walk from my office to the parking lot. It’s a very cute and easy to use product and fast acting! I’ve already ordered one for the safety of my sibling who is always walking around a college campus alone.
