It felt disrespectful to bury him straight away so I put him on our sunny kitchen windowsill at the weekend. House went up for sale on the following Monday and had many offers and sold £5k over our asking price!Sad to say our sale is about to fall through due to some leasehold issues so I knocked a star off for that. I also decided to bury him as intially recommended (I was kind enough to put him in a sealed sandwich bag first though).I will add another star on though once the contracts signed and the moving van arrives! #justsayin'st.joseph

Well I thought I would try this as I was having no luck selling my house. He came I said the prayer after burying him upside down in the garden at the front of the house, as per the instructions. Shortly after putting him in the ground everything seemed to go wrong, maybe nothing to do with him but several health scares later and a Christmas that I would rather forget I have still not sold my house and to date only one couple have been to look at the house since I got him. Don't waste your money.

I bought this in Nov 2018, planted in a pot at the front door. House sold in Jan 2019.I also bought another home March 2019. Divorced and had to sell my beloved home quickly, but also needed a place to live. I believe St Joseph helped me, and continues to help me have a home. I have him with my bible in my new home.

Last Nov. I bought a new house, moved, and put my old house on the market to sell on Dec. 10, 2012. I hadn't heard of burying St. Joseph when I put my house on the market, but after 6 weeks, my aunt told me about it, and I ordered the kit from Amazon. I was getting lots of showings but no contract yet. The mailman delivered the box about noon to my new house, and shortly after noon I got a call for a showing that afternoon. As soon as I got off work that same day, a friend and I drove to the house and buried the St. Joseph figure in the front yard facing the house, feet first (there's lots of controversy over how he should be buried), right next to the for sale sign. We read through the beautiful prayer that comes with the kit, blessing the house and St. Joseph. That was about 6:00 p.m. We then drove to a meeting that started at 7:00 p.m. At 7:05, I got a text from my Realtor, that she had been notified of a contract coming in on the house. The house closed less than 3 weeks later at a good price that I was very happy with. I don't believe in coincidence, but I do believe in prayer, and whatever happened with my house, happened the day St. Joseph showed up in the mail - God blessed my house sale through the prayers and if the figure had anything to do with it, then, I believe it worked. On the day of closing, I dug him up to put him in his place of honor (per the instructions). He has since moved on to another friend who has been trying to sell some land. Here's hoping the prayers work again.

Wow. It worked the same day it was installed. Got my first offer in a month!!!!! Not a great offer but an offer. I have to agree. IT WORKS!!!!

If this is not working for you, MOVE IT!I received this and buried it in my backyard, upside down facing the house. I prayed every day and even started the Novenas I looked up on Google. I prayed several times a day. The day I buried it I had no showings for 2 days even though I’ve had consistent daily showings. What was going on?! I waited a few days and then just “felt” like I had to bury St Joseph in the front yard instead. This was a Tuesday. So I dug him up and had my husband bury him in the front yard, upside down underneath the for sale sign and facing the house. About 30 minutes later, we had a cancelled showing. Then no showings the next day. When I got another cancellation the day after on Thursday, I immediately jumped up and said “St Joseph does not want to be buried.” We dug him up immediately that morning. I placed him in a side table drawer facing my house. I put him in the “helpful people” section of my house according to feng shui, which is the closest right corner from the front door while looking into the house. About an hour later, we had a request for a showing that day. And 2 days later, we got a cash offer on the house and closed in 2.5 weeks. I kid you not! I read many reviews and it’s the general consensus to bury it in the front yard under the for sale sign but in my instance, St Joseph said no. He wanted to be upright inside my house. So for the people who say it doesn’t work, move St Joseph to another location!It really does work! Thank you St Joseph.
