I soaked them overnight, rinsed, then cooked them in slow cooker for 4 hours and rinsed again. To store them, you need to place them in a mason jar, add some salt, garlic clove and fresh filtered water and put them in the fridge.I make delicious salads with them. They are full of protein and taste kinda like edamame. ### ⭐ They don’t soften *by on Reviewed in the United States November 11, 2024* I followed instructions and the beans never softened up. I looked up online and people said you have to soak these for days before cooking and not to eat them if they’re firm b/c they’re toxic unless soft! I cooked for 4 hours longer than package said and they stayed firm. And awful tasting. I would give zero stars if possible. Don’t buy these unless you are familiar with lupini beans. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great product *by on Reviewed in the United States August 6, 2026* I will be ordering this item all the time. The taste of the price and the nutritional value is unbeatable. ## Frequently Bought Together - SIMPLi Regenerative Organic Certified Lupini Beans, High Protein Plant-Based Snack with 14g Per Serving, Low-Carb Lupini Beans with Firm Savory Taste,12.48 OZ - 365 by Whole Foods Market, Beans Great Northern Organic, 16 Ounce --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.com.cy/products/627562018-regenerative-organic-certified-lupini-beans-12-oz-1-pack](https://www.desertcart.com.cy/products/627562018-regenerative-organic-certified-lupini-beans-12-oz-1-pack) --- *Product available on Desertcart Cyprus* *Store origin: CY* *Last updated: 2026-10-22*
