Not same quality but actually works good and seems worth the money so far.

Defective parts. Not compatible with original c3
1 of 2 batteries don't work. Charger not compatible with original sears die hard batteries. I.e won't plug into charger.

Two out of three items worked
This order included a charger and two batteries. The charger and one battery worked great. The other battery won’t hold a charge. I was going to return it, but there wasn’t an option for a partial return. I didn’t want to return the whole order because that would have left me back where I started, without a charger and battery.

Didn't fit like it should!
While it eventually would work, it's not that simple. My Makita brand batteries do not fit perfectly. After sliding a battery in, you need to keep pressure on it, to keep it engaged and charging. For the price, I guess you get what you paid for. I wish I didn't have to wrap it in rubber bands to hold it tight. Yeah.
