A hard workout even on the slackest setting.
The media could not be loaded. I've never owned one of these exercisers so I wasn't sure what to expect. The device is mainly made of a tough plastic, but they have added a softer more tactile rubber grip to the places where your hand amd fingers sit.The device has a setting range stated at 100kg down to 1kg, easily adjusted through the range via a turn dial (this simply moves the pivot closer and further so increasing the force required to squeeze the trigger). I have to say that indint consider myself to be a weightlifter or weak, but even on the low setting it has some resistance!!Other than that there is a rep counter, which is a physical button activated when the trigger is fully pulled in, and a reset button for the counter. It works, but isn't 100% accurate, I found that it often counted twice as the levers can move a little sideways under load, maybe it was user error.Overall for a smidge under £9 at the time of review, I think this offers decent value. I don't however see much improvement over the older style spring and handle devices, and you will need to have significant strength already to use these.

Strong, good adjustment mechanism
I like this Victoper Grips Strengthener(10-100kg) and was hoping to use it to support rehab on a weakened hand. Unfortunately even the lowest setting is too hard for that hand, so I'll have to build up strength in other ways before that hand can use this product. For my other hand it is perfect and I'll be able to build up strength whilst counting the reps each day.The counter is a simple microswitch on the handle which is triggered when the grip closes completely...so if you dont close the grip, it doesnt count !I like the neat adjustment mechanism - a screw wheel which moves the attachment point of a strong spring closer to or further from the fulcrum of the device - hence changing the leverage. I have no idea if the measures of 100kg and 10kg force are accurate, but I can close the grip on the 10kg setting but not move it all on the 100kg setting, so I do have a target to aim for !I'm happy to give this five stars - it does what it is supposed to, and is made well enough that it should last whilst my grip gets trained to be stronger and stronger. The price at time of review was around £9, which seems good value too.

Great Grip Trainer
This is a great grip trainer, has all the features advertised on the listing and for a cheaper price than plenty available and with a higher level than most. There isn't anything you can really complain about. Would recommend.

Nice little squisher machine
I don't really work out my hands at all, but I do a lot of rowing (which involves a bit of hand grip). I am able to close it about half way on the "100kg" setting, idk how accurate that is.My girlfriend can't even move it on that setting soComes with a little counter - surprisingly accurate. Even if you squish this at an angle and just catch the trigger sideways, it still counts it.Comes with a recessed reset button too.

May not suit all shapes of hand.
The 'Victoper Grips Strengthener (10-100kg) Forearm Grip Strengthener Intelligent Counting' arrived in a printed box.As I found no instructions are provided I am left to my own devices on how best to use the grip strengthener. The scale on the side is only marked with upper and lower figures 100kg and 10kg and there is no indication if it is linear. Though based on my own known grip strength tested on a calibrated dynamometer I would put 75kg at about the second marker from the left. One issue I had is due to the shape and size of the gripper and that of my own hand, and that is the moving part of the grip was twisting sideways and bending on its length as I pulled it so the counter switch did not always make contact.
