Amazing Product! I own a 2014 Toyota Highlander, this fixed all my problems that I had with my previous version. Everything works smoothly and the map updated up to the year of 2023.

Doesn’t list my street or home
I live on a new street (2023} and a new house (2024). Not surprising that this chip doesn’t know my house but I was hoping that it listed my street. It does not. Our friends live in a 60 year house about 4 miles from us and this chip can’t find them. It took us within a block or two and then had us going in a 4-block circle around the target never locating the address. Many other addresses were found spot on so no complaints on those. Our original Toyota chip (2014) worked great during its lifetime but changes with roads, construction in the last 10 years made it obsolete. This chip installed easily in our Highlander.

Works as advertised!!
I have a 2018 Toyota Highlander that I purchased used. The map system was all convoluted and very outdated for 2024. Dealer charge to repair quoted at $200-$600. What a dealer rip off. My maps work great thanks to this Amazon item!

Doesn't work on 2016 Rav4
This update starts stating it is updating 0 of 11 progress bar goes halfway on the 0 portion and then stops, and returns to the Home Screen. Each time vehicle restarts it tries to start the update over and gets to the same spot and goes to Home Screen. Update does not work.

purchased for our 2017 Tacoma, easy to install and upgrade with no problems. do this is in a lighted area to it the small hole and with bad eyesight.

Drove to St. Louis and map was directing us to non existent roads. Not the most up to date
