Works great. Don't bother with the JJE one - it just doesn't work with the Action 4!

Not much to report here, good snug fit once you pop the side door off the DJI Osmo Action 4. Good connection into camera and a good feel once i plugged my Rhode GO lav mic in. There is still a delay in the camera picking up the audio , but nothing to do with the audio adapter! Expensive for what it is, but necessary!

Not so happy with that one as it has very loose connection.

It's disappointing that a highly reputed company is selling this overpriced accessory with inadequate product details. Firstly, it does not provide a snug fit on the Osmo Action 4. While it clicks into place, it shifts back and forth, compromising stability. More importantly, it noticeably reduces sound volume. To compensate, increasing the internal gain becomes necessary, which inevitably introduces unwanted noise. Interestingly, I noticed an unusual phenomenon: when this accessory is attached to the Osmo Action 4, the internal gain automatically increases to +6dB. It remains unclear whether DJI has officially disclosed this 'hidden fix' anywhere. I had high expectations for this branded accessory despite its high price, but it has been a letdown. I’m returning it for a refund.

Maybe it's just my unit, but it doesn't sit very tight when installed. The concept is OK and technically this little groove on one of the edges should snap on and secure it, but it still moves. It works well with stereo input, but for a use with action cam it should be much sturdier.

Ich nutze den 3,5 mm Audio-Adapter für meine DJI Osmo Action – und technisch gesehen gibt’s nichts zu meckern. Er funktioniert zuverlässig, wird sofort erkannt und liefert eine saubere Tonqualität mit externem Mikrofon. ✅ Vorteile: Plug & Play: Einfach anschließen – funktioniert sofort Kompakt & leicht: Stört nicht am Rig oder beim Vloggen Gute Audioqualität: Keine Störungen oder Aussetzer Stabiler Anschluss: Hält sicher, nichts wackelt ❌ Nachteil: Der Preis ist meiner Meinung nach deutlich zu hoch für so ein kleines Adapterstück. Für ein proprietäres Zubehörteil hätte ich mir mehr Fairness gewünscht. Fazit: Funktioniert wie es soll, Klang ist top – aber der Preis bleibt der größte Kritikpunkt. Trotzdem unverzichtbar, wenn man mit externem Mikro arbeiten will.
