Uncomfortable size
Mouthpiece is large. Heat and bite is simple but i couldn't get past how thin the forming layer is. Does NOT feel comfortable at bedtime. It's like holding a block of wood in your mouth.

Stopped the Snoring
This product works well for me. My wife told me I was snoring and stopped breathing a few times. After a "sleep specialist" tried to sell me a $5000 custom mouth guard and sleep study, I thought I would try this first. My wife says I only snore once in a while now. The biggest tell is that I started to have dreams again which tells me I am getting into deeper levels of sleep. I like that you can adjust the fit and the soft hinge allows some movement for comfort.

Too Bulky Makes it Uncomfortable for Wear
It was as I figured before ordering, but I attempted it anyway. The mouthpiece is too thick to be comfortable. The top portion for your front 4 teeth is able to separate during the molding process, leaving the possibility of it sticking out ever so slightly, which then will push on your upper lip and cause rubbing. What I did not anticipate is the adjustment screws are towards the back on the bottom and they rubbed against my wisdom teeth, causing discomfort. The whole thing is just too thick, and I'm a male. (listen to the other reviewers, I didn't believe them but they were right) I can't recommend it based on these flaws. It doesn't really hold my jaw forward either, ironically, and because it's so bulky, it falls out more often than my Z Quiets ever did (which was rare), despite being custom molded (which I really thought would prevent that). Make the material thinner and we can get a deeper bite into the molding, which might help with most of the flaws and you'd have a decent product. I've been through the adjustment period for both, so it isn't that at all (no jaw pain anymore), it's just too bulky unfortunately.

Didn't work for me
I was excited to try this anti snoring device. I suffer from sleep apnea, and use a CPAP machine. I just couldn't get this to work for me. Maybe for someone who isn't a heavy snorer, this might work. It's a unique device, just not for me.

Too Uncomfortable
I had originally ordered this for my wife, but there is no way this would fit her. So instead, I gave it ago, and tried it out for a few nights. Unfortunately, it was just too uncomfortable to get any real use out of it. Molding the mouth piece was simple and straightforward, and it felt like it had a good fit. The longest I was able to go with it was 2 hours. On multiple occasions it would cause jaw discomfort and I had to remove it. I did feel like it helped bring my lower jaw forward, but it was just too uncomfortable.

too large
I followed the directions for fitting to my mouth. The device was too big for me to get my lips around. I am seeking a refund which has been very difficult to get in spite of the fact that there is a 30 day refund policy. They want pictures to show that it is to large. Also no different size options available.

Snoring mouthpiece
This product allows you to create a customized mouthpiece by boiling it and biting on it to create tooth impressions. You then sleep with it in your mouth, and it helps to hold your airway open by pushing your jaw slightly forward so that you don't snore. The first night I used it, I was told I was not snoring nearly as much as normal. It does take some getting used to as far as sleeping with something in your mouth, but you do have the freedom to still open your mouth and move your jaw from side to side. It looks like this is designed to be used for 180 nights before needing to be replaced so seems to be pretty good for the price.

Snorelogic mouthpiece, may be right for you, just not for me.
I wanted to try this out and in the end, this is something that I do not think I will continue to use. It's too un-natural feeling in my mouth and I tend to focus on this and not sleeping.Molding this was much easier than I thought it would be. I used a 4-cup measuring cup to heat the water, and after it soaked, I positioned it and held it in place for the time they recommended and then cold water to help set and harden it.This may be something you wish to try, and it might work great for you, It's just not for me.
