Brilliant Value for money
Crystal clear and the best value for money wen cam I've had. I use it every day for work and have never had any issues! Very easy to set up and mount.

Great Webcam with Sharp Image (Just Mind the Audio)
This webcam delivers a sharp, clear picture—no focusing issues at all in my experience. It stays well-focused and adjusts quickly when I hold up an item in front of it. One handy (or annoying, depending) quirk: if your face is in view, it will prioritize keeping you in focus. So just make sure to move out of frame if you want something else to be the star of the show. The wide-angle view is great for showing off your background, and the horizontal adjustment is smooth. Vertical tilt could be slightly better—if you have a really tall or high-up monitor, you might need to fiddle with positioning. Setup is a breeze—plug-and-play across multiple devices and apps (I’ve used it with Teams a lot, zero issues). Now, the downside: the audio. Even sitting fairly close, my voice sounded distant and lacked clarity compared to my laptop’s built-in mic. There’s no real background noise suppression either, so if you need good audio, you’ll want an external mic. But for video quality alone? Definitely worth it. Just pair it with a decent microphone if you care about sound.

Blurry in darker surroundings.
I've used this camera for 18 months and I'm done with it! I have tried lighting, changing my room around, etc., but as soon as the sun goes down, the picture is awful! With the weeks of grey weather we've had, it's now gone down to blurring me out all the time, like I have a poor internet connection (I don't, it's 500MB) but it's like the speed is well under even 750fps! The sound has just started to play up as well, cutting me out when using Brighttalk. I can only use the UGreen mic when it's plugged in as well, not even my Anker PowerConf S5 for speech. I bought this thinking that it was a good mid-range priced device, but it turns out that it's worth spending more, if you want the quality...

Good quality
Very good quality for the price offered. Microphone is very sharp. Image is medium to high quality but at the end it is a webcam not a studio one.

Good Value for money
I have never used a webcam before, but this was so easy to set up for a teams meeting. I would certainly recommend this camera.

Very good camera for the price
I've been using this camera for video meetings for a while now, it does its job well and is more than clear enough. It worked out of the box with no setup, and I've had no issues with it. Great for the price.

Severely Disappointed
I had an older cheap 1080p webcam and while the quality wasn't great it was passible, but I was looking for an upgrade. Somehow this webcam was worse at double the price. Struggled with light levels and was very inconsistent, had terrible picture quality. Returned and ordered a Logitech C920 for an extra £20.
