The bag is very well made. Good padding throughout. The main area of the bag is just about right for a 9x10, 10x10 or up to a 12.x12 portable mixer plus the power packs. The outside compartment is the perfect side for digital recorders. With my setup the bag has a Behringer QX1202 plus 2 power packs in the main compartment, and a Tascam DP-004 2 track digital recorder and Tascam DR-70D 4 track digital recorder in the outside pouch. The handle so far is sturdy and much appreciated with the velcro wrap around handle to contain both straps. Where the handles attach to the bag, the straps are securely sewn all the way down the sides, under the bottom and back up the other side to the other handle, so you wont risk a handle coming off the bag if you carry a heavier object in the bag. The zippers are wide and seem sturdy like some of my other heavier bags.There is however a downside...which I knocked it a star for is the sizeable, yet wimpy zipper pulls. The zipper pulls feel nice with their rubber grip, but whatever metal the zipper pull is made out of TOTALLY needs to be re-thought, because it broke off simply by zipping the bag shut. They feel like a light weight aluminum.I am however going to keep the bag! I am going to cut the rest of the zipper pulls off and replace them with some paracord pulls.

The bag is a pretty good fit for the GK Fusion 800S (500 & 1200, too, I'd suppose). Reasonably snug. The depth of about 3" is why I ordered this versus Gator's bag, which appears about twice as deep. Heavy nylon case, with OK zippers is a plus. Padding, though, is poor— thin, soft, not edge to edge. Main compartment does not open completely, making it a bit awkward to stow and remove amp. (Moreso, anyway, than if it flipped all the way open.) The two zippered front pockets are not roomy, but will hold minimal stuff: strings, a couple of cords, and other miscellany. Was initially thinking it might work, but as I am thinking about it, I expect I'll return it. Problem is there are rather few choices for a bag this size, and a bona fide rack adds considerable weight and bulk to the small amp setup.Update: 12/26— Returning the bag. Wanted it to work, but it just doesn't inspire any protective confidence.

I bought it to carry my Legacy 500 and it's a near perfect fit. It has plenty of storage for cables and other small items. If you need a way to carry a small class d amplifier, and dont like racks, take a look. Check your dimensions as always.Highly recommended.

The case holds my MG10XU mixer and its power supply and manual, with a little room to spare. I haven't schlepped it to very many gigs yet, but so far it seems like it will hold up. The case isn't heavily padded, but I tend to go easy on my gear, and I'm not out to gigs every night, or even every week.I'll update if any problems show up later.

Unlike SKB racks, this bag is well made and of high quality. In case you were wondering, the tablet section can hold a regular sized iPad in a not-to thick case. If you have an otter case, it may not work. The iPad case I own is about the thickness of two iPads, and it filled The zippers are the thick heavy duty type that don't jam. The bag itself has some weight, so once you load it up, it might give your shoulder or arm a workout. The inside compartment is very well-padded, so it should protect any sensitive equipment you might store in there. Whether it be for a mixer, cables, etc. this case is a great value and very versatile.

It fits the Peavey Minimega and it’s way better than the included “gigbag”. Could use some more padding but overall I’m very happy!

I required a heavy duty bag to carry my Yamaha mixer and power supply to and from gigs. (I had been carrying it around in the box it came in which was cumbersome and inconvenient!)The SKB mixer bag fits my mixer perfectly and protects it very well from the rigours of the road. The equipment pouch accommodates the mixer power supply easily.
