I bought this bed for my ill father, so that he could adjust to sleep upright. Once ordered the company called me to confirm purchase and explained when the delivery would be and that they would assemble the bed, which was great. We had an ams the day before delivery, giving us a pm alot and the driver called 1hr before delivery to confirm details. Bed was fitted together, very comfortable and has beens great help to my father. Great service and communication, very happy!
