The Black & Decker trimmer is easy to use and functions perfectly. The button line feed is great.

Just Okay
Carry scissors with you when you use this trimmer & don’t waste money on expensive line. It will at times feed extra string and you will tear your grass up if you don’t trim it by hand and at other times it’s hard to get it to feed any string. If you don’t mind this it’s fine. I returned 1 thinking it was broken and ordered a second one & it does the same thing. I’ve asked neighbors to use it & it does the same thing for them.

On my second one. So much easier than gas!! Good power does a great job and lightweight!

Dead battery,
Battery won't charge. I tried calling the B&D service number on the instruction sheeet but they only referred me to Amazon. I won't be getting the run around from these people, if they can't service what they sell I will just return it.
