Great retention
This gear is surprisingly good. It has a tight hold on the magazines. I was worried that it might be a bit loose, especially without a top covering, but it works wonderfully.

Best quality you could ask for
It's expensive... But it's worth it. I bought this for my Guardian OTC vest carrier and it pairs well. If you don't use it everyday and aren't in law enforcement or an avid prepper or shooter then don't get it if it's too expensive for you. If you are, get it and you'll have it for life. Nuff said. Side note, if you carry mags on your belt and are now switching to your vest, TRAIN TRAIN TRAIN so your muscle memory doesn't take you back to your belt when s$$t hits the fan.

Think twice
Sucks on a duty belt. Back of pouch is plastic, which can break easily. Doesn’t sit still on duty belt and the hooks on back are too wide, so they slide back and forth on belt
