I’ve been using these gummies consistently and I really like them. The taste is delicious, like a light citrus candy, and they’re easy to take every day. After some time, I noticed my nails feel stronger and less prone to breaking, and my hair looks healthier and shinier. I also appreciate that they contain collagen and biotin, which are important for overall hair and skin support. The bottle is sturdy and lasts a good amount of time. I absolutely love these Gummies. I’ve been using them for about six months and I do notice a difference in my skin and my hair seems to finally be growing. The taste is wonderful. The only issue I had was that when I received them, they were kind of all club together in the bottle so you gotta work at separating them. I still give these a five star though.

I started taking these mainly for skin benefits and for nail health, since my nails were brittle after using a green nail polish (never again) and too much acetone, but I didn’t expect much. I chose these because they had collagen and the flavor sounded good. After maybe 6-7 months, my nails were back to normal. Since it took a decent amount of time I attributed this to the natural healing process and stopped taking these gummies, but my nails became brittle again a few months later despite religious use of cuticle oil and avoiding nail polish. I realized that it wasn’t the natural healing process that strengthened my nails—it was the gummies! I resumed taking them and haven’t had any more problems with brittleness. So I’ve been taking the gummies for a total of maybe 2+ years now. I haven’t noticed a difference in skin health, and due to having trichotillomania I can’t really comment on hair. I considered docking a star for the lack of noticeable skin benefits, but my nails have benefited so much that I couldn’t bring myself to do it. As for taste, they’ve got a great orange-y, citrus-y flavor and a nice, soft texture that doesn’t harden much over time. Yes, they’re sugary, but I try to limit the number of pills I take daily because too many can trigger bad IBS-C pain, and gummy vitamins have been a decent solution. tl;dr great for nails, no skin benefits noticed, can’t comment on hair, nice flavor

Ive been using these for a couple weeks now and have noticed a difference. They are so easy to take. Just 2 gummies a day. They taste good too. I recommend if youre needing a hair, skin and nail supplement.

All right so I'm giving these three stars because I just received them. I just wanted to leave a review because I reviewed the biotin strawberry gummies from the same brand- I did not like the flavor so I put in for a return and I got these instead. These smell to me, like nail polish remover or acetone, not really my favorite scent in the world however, they taste better than the prior biotin gummies strawberry flavored that I had purchased so that is a win in my book. I do feel that the biotin ones were working, and I feel like these will probably work too, but I will be able to eat them so they will actually be working versus sitting in a plastic jar on my night stand. I will update in a few weeks.
