Can not adjust soap volume

Please press and hold the setting button for 2 seconds to quit child-lock model, then you can adjust the soap volume normally.

Sensor Calibration for First Use

The soap dispenser has an automatic calibration feature. For the first use, please trigger the sensor multiple times to allow it to calibrate automatically. Continue until it can correctly detect objects and hands.

Mostly caused by physical impact, the product may get damaged. To prevent this, avoid drops from heights and collisions during daily use.
