This flag pole is made to be really sturdy, holding up well even when fully extended, and the grip is soft and comfortable for long term holding. And it's super light so it doesn't add a lot of weigh to your backpack. I really appreciate the included lanyard, which gives you more options for holding and storing.

I have some sports banners that I like to put up during the seasons. Unfortunately taping them to my windows is tacky, and I'd rather not display them in a frame. I found out about these portable flagpoles by accident. I got the one that's over 9 feet long. Once i extended it out I realized it might be way too much for most people, so unless you have a massive banner maybe get a smaller flagpole. With that said if I go camping or hiking then I'll be sure to take it with me next time, as it also comes with a handy safety whistle. I doubt my family or friends will ever lose me if I wear this with my backpack.

It’s too weak to stay straight -that’s without a flag on it! It looks like when you caught a fish, how the line bends. If you still decide to get it (despite fair warning), open it up carefully so you can return it. If you decide to keep it and just not open it up all the way, know there are others you can purchase that are shorter and much, much stronger than this one.

Used this for two festivals: EDC LV and Ubbi Dubbi. On the first day of EDC LV, the top part came out and my flag was left dangling and I lost the top part which likely just broke off. Thankfully, I brought zip ties and was able to fix this just like that but still, it shouldn't be an issue.

This is an expandable flag pole. It has steel rings (one attached to the tip, one that slides down to about 3’ for flag width). The flags can be smaller and the lower ring slides up to accommodate.Also comes with a wrist strap and 4 connectors to attach flag eyelets to the steel rings.The pole expands to about 10’ but wouldn’t withstand high winds with a full size flag at that length. Close to 3’ extended, the flag can be held and waved easily.Without the flag attached, a 22” length is ideal to deter would-be flag thieves or persons wishing to harm your flag.

Easy to use and works just as it claims. It's nice and sturdy, worth the order.

The media could not be loaded.  I use this in my 14-foot tall greenhouse to adjust things up high so I don’t always need to use the ladder. I used to keep long pvc poles for that, but kept hanging things. This can telescope any length from about one foot to twelve feet! Very useful! And it works like an old tv antennae, making it more of less tight at any length.It’s It kinda looks like a fishing pole when fully extended, lol!
