Makes a nice tea. I do use a stevia tab in mine that really makes it outstanding taste! I've only been using it for about 4-5 days, but it does seem to ease the swelling some.

Tea taste good with honey and it works! I lost three pounds after second use. However, it caused heavy indigestion possibly because of my other medications. May need to consult with dr before sipping.

These teabags actually work... not like a diuretic but close enough that drinking the tea daily keeps my ankles from swelling without taking another pill... Now I save the teabag and add it to another cup with another type of tea for the added benefit. The taste is not unpleasant but not my favorite and so by adding a teabag to another more flavorful tea works.

Very good thus far! I notice that my urination has increased so the tea is really working. It helps with bloated stomach issues and ankle swelling. I drink at least 2/3 cups a day. Thank you!

Did not work for my lymphatic system as described. My glands in the neck remain swollen - no change at all. Noticed slight increase in water release but not as other teas or fluids for this issue. I took as recommended and followed instructions. Provided at least two stars because it might help others.
