SamsungQuantum HDR+*: Incredible detail unveiled with bright colour and rich contrast

Looks realy good, that is to say, build quality, sound, vision, etc is excelent.Easy to set upOnly quible I have is not being able to play my Wii on it. But I guess that's expecting a bit too much and it's probably the same on all TVs.

television came within described timeline.Out of the box it had a fault with sound immediately.I spoke to Samsung service and had to reset tv and this initially solved problem, but it came back.given that this was a £700 pound TV I didnt want to accept a faulty tv, and this is where the problem started.Seller tried to make me deal with Samsung as tv was faulty, but samsung rightly said that it was within 28 days and they should replace.Seller was clearly not keen to get TV returned and my interactions with them felt as if I was almost having to plead to get a working tv.I asked for a replacement and they said they didnt want to issue one "in case it had the same fault", well if you are selling faulty tvs then that is quite concerning.I wanted to return the tv, they wanted me to pay for the return.Its faulty so is not my responsibility I say, they say but you live so far away from us and it would be easier if you dropped it off, well you sell on amazon uk wide so thats a bit concerning.I latterly bought a new and working one from Argos, boxed up their one and they couriered it back.Still got one further phone call from them complaining that they couldnt find a fault which I politely pointed out was due to it being intermittent as I had always indicated.In conclusion I would suggest you tread carefully when dealing with this company as their customer service is questionable at best.

Absolutely delighted with my tv. Fast and free delivery and the guys were really good bringing the very large box into the house for me.

Great tv but if your looking for 120hz refresh rate for consoles and computers this tv DOES NOT SUPPORT 120HZ.

The TV is fine - excellent picture & sound. Easy to fix stand to tv.However supplier should check where TV is being sent. This TV was clearly intended for delivery to Eastern Europe. The supplied cable was a 2 pin plug (rather than uk 3 pin plug). Had to get a 2 to 3 pin adaptor. Also when going through the tv set up the countries listed were East European! Had to select other countries to proceed.

Great TV and Amazon provided it cheaper than anywhere else saving me a possible £119 from other shops and suppliers. Love Samsung TVs as always reliable, easy to setup and personalise with the very latest technology and a bargain price.

Terrible TV. The reviews said the sound was iffy but I disregarded this. It wasn’t great but I thought I can live with it. After about 4 weeks the volume started going up and down on its own ! The supplier was not interested stating I needed to contact ‘LG’ direct - it was a Samsung TV. Complained to Amazon who were amazing and collected the TV without fuss. Avoid this model and avoid the 3rd party supplier.

Well the price, customer service, delivery time brilliant love the product am totally amazed buy what is on it, how easy it was to set up, the picture quality, sound all very good, going to take me a while to get into and used to all and everything, glad I bought it going to enjoy my new Samsung TV.v
