After I stopped my birth control pills, I started having the most terrible burning, achey leg pains in both legs that started at the tops of my feet and went clear up to the tops of my thighs. All of my bloodwork was normal and both rheumatology and neurology couldn’t find anything wrong. I started these kind of out of desperation and almost exactly two months later I realized my legs weren’t bothering me as much as usual. It’s been 8 months since the pain started which is still unsolved, but in the 4ish months since I started these the pain has been much much better. I’m able to do all of my normal activities and mostly forget about it. So I can’t speak to specifically what it is doing for me since I don’t really know what my problem is, but I really do think they’re helping. And I don’t think it’s placebo either because it took a good 8 weeks for me to realize there actually was a little improvement, which I honestly didn’t expect.

I took this supplement for only 3 days, and during that time I developed completely watery diarrhea and significant stomach pain. The symptoms started after I began taking this product. I stopped taking it, and although things have changed somewhat since stopping, I am still dealing with ongoing stomach irritation/inflammation and night sweats 4 days later. This product contains 1,400 mg of red vine leaf extract and 100 mg of horse chestnut extract per 2-capsule serving. Horse chestnut can cause gastrointestinal side effects, including stomach upset and diarrhea. I purchased this specifically for the red vine leaf, but after the reaction I had, I would not take this product again. I’m posting this to warn others to be aware of the potential digestive side effects before taking it.

This stuff really works! I have stage 4 CVI in my legs and torso as well as hemmorhoids and these actually unswell the hems significantly and I can absolutely feel the difference in my legs when I don't take my red Vine leaf capsules. They are easy to swallow too. This brand has been consistent and affordable and I always get the 2 pack. I always keep extra on hand. Highly recommend especially if you have vein or circulation issues
