I used this first time and it's amazing. Got 1 wax heater, 2 pack strips, 2 chocolate wax, 1 knife, sponge as shown in picture...and the quality of product is great.

The product was absolutely good and the quality of wax was very good but the heater was not working maybe it could be a issue but but will recommend you this product also quality wax stripsSometimes electronic issues happenOver all it was a great experience. Would order this again.

There is a crack on the side of the heater. I want to return it but now it is showing non returnable item.Box was ok but the heater is damaged form the inside. Now has to keep it as it is not returning now. Very disappointed.

The wax quality is not good, it doesn't remove hair as expected. If u put it in the heater it becomes like a liquid orelse it will be as thicker, u cannot apply. Don't buy!!
