Kingfisher FSWINGB Swinging Hammock Bench Seat with Canopy - 2 Seater

No instructions, parts missing,package damaged but its assembled and working fine. Amazon did give a few £s off. I should have sent back for a replacement or refund as it keeps falling over in a small wind.

Needed a swing seat for the garden this looked like good value for money so took a punt.Arrived well packed and everything included so good start.To be honest you may as well throw the instructions away.There not well written and a couple of construction steps have been missed off.But assembling the chair isn’t that hard. I would however get yourself a decent adjustable spanner as the ones supplied are a bit lightweight.Once assembled the chair is robust enough for two only thing I would do is upgrade the seat cushions as the one supplied is quit thin.But it’s been a couple of months the seat gets used every day and it’s still up and swinging

This replaces a similar seat that I bought 3 years ago, which finally perished a week ago.This one has resolved all the problems that the old one had..) the seat is now made of unperishable plastic, so should last longer.) the canopy is removable, so won't blow off. (Note to the people who complained that it blew off ... You are SUPPOSED to remove it when not in use! :-).) the seats are now much more comfortable (since there is no longer a bar under the front of the seat).) every component was manually labeled, so construction was a doddle! I can't claim the 20 minutes that someone did, but I'll say an hour saw it done..) all the screws were in separate labeled bags, in a nice cotton bag to keep them all together.There are a couple of negatives, but not enough to reduce the star rating;.) the alun key was so soft it stripped after 3 bolts, so I had to get a better made one out of my toolbox..) there were a couple of nuts that were the wrong size, so again I had to raid my toolbox for replacementsNow, I hope that there is some Summer left to enjoy it!

Missing parts as well as extra parts so impossible to make as its the main bars that connect chair to frame thst are wrong. Got 3 of one size instead of 4, and 3 of another size when there should be 2. Printing is so faded on instruction sheet you cannot even see what the sizes of bolts are so even if i had the tight right components it would be guesswork to assemble correctly. Started this review at beginning of lockdown. Less than 3 months later I'll finish it. The frame has rusted. The seat has come undone at the stitching which could have been a serious incident had my daughter not landed on soft grass the the whole seating unit gave way. I had a more expensive version of this item for many years without any problems, and only replaced it due to moving. Would not recommend

Bought this on the basis of other reviews, which on reading obviously sounded good. However, everything is fine with this swing chair for its price, other than the fact that the stitching on the canopy is very flimsy and actually ripped as I put it on. Also the stitching on the main seat to which the support bar passes through has also ripped at least 18 inches or so along its length. This is after one person me, sitting on it only twice. I'm no lump at only 12 stone, and if sat on again, most certainly by two people, it will likely give way completely which has now rendered it unusable until it's repaired and strengthened. So, what with all the hassle involved taking it to pieces and sending it back it looks like its out with the sowing kit. I've been stitched up good and proper, pity the seat wasn't - boom - boom.

Definitely value for money. Perfect 2 seater for outside my back door. Absolutely ove it. My husband found it easy to assemble and is sturdy enough and comfortable enough for two people although I must admit I spread out on it when home from work. I have put a couple of cushions on it which has added to the comfort. Very pleased and came 3 days before due date.

Wir haben uns die schaukel gekauft weil wir zuvor schonmal solcheine hatten die bei won't und Wetter draußen stand und aber leider dan nach 5 Jahren an materialschweche des Stoffes ausgetauscht werden musste. Leider ist diese hier in keiner Weise mit der vorigen zu vergleichen meine Tochter 5 Jahre hat 4 mal draufgesessen und sie fängt jetzt schon an in dem nächten zureisen. Außerdem ist der Ramen des schaukelsitzes schon leicht verbogen. Ganz klar keine Kaufempfehlung
