Best Crockpot on the Market
This is the best crockpot on the market. I have had mine for 4 years. I purchased the new model for my daughter, she loves hers. Easy to use, safe, and easy to clean.

Works great. Cooked Italian beef in it came out fantastic. Worth the money nice upgrade from my other Ninja that didn’t have steam setting on it.

This should have never been sold on Amazon!
No stars for this purchase. Totally disappointed! The ninja multi poker is dented in both ends! The package looked like it went through a war! When you purchase something for this much money you expect it to be in good shape and usable! I have never had a problem with the things I purchase on Amazon until this purchase! Pictures included!

"POT" Error issue
Let me begin by stating when this worked it was totally awesome. I used it at least three days a week. It fit easily on my stove and allowed me to put use the slow cooker often for dinner. Saving me time and hassle. Here's where the problem comes in. I bought this version of the Ninja to replace an older version that suddenly died after a year with a constant message "POT" indicating to me that the pot wasn't sitting right in the cooker. Since it was just over a year old, it was out of warranty with Ninja. I loved it so much I replaced it with a newer version (this one). I loved using it too but then suddenly it started doing the "POT" problem also. Since I had the pot insert from the older model and it fit, I tried it with no results. So, since this one is only 8 months old, I called Ninja for warranty help. Sure they would replace it but I needed to pay a charge for shipping and it was going to take 4-6 weeks. First, this was the second Ninja that I had bought in the last two years, I wasn't going to spend any more money to have it replaced, especially since both had the same issue. I felt it had to be a product defect. Second, I need a slow cooker and 4-6 weeks is way too long to wait. Full disclosure, I bought both of my Ninjas on QVC but I wanted to let others know that this is an issue with this product. I've Googled this and it seems to happen more often than you would think. I'm going to try a different brand of slow cooker and hope for better results.

I LOVE this multi-cooker, and even though Ninja says it is dishwasher safe...
This is my favorite multi-cooker...ever. I looked for a long time and when I saw this one, I could tell it would be awesome. Not like so many with all the options, IQ recipes, buttons, etc. You really don’t need that. This has it all! I have had three Cuisinart multi-cookers, the inserts which started to flake shortly after the first use. The Cuisinart is a great multi-cooker, but the insert is NOT good. I have an Instant Pot Mini, Instant Pot Aura, three pressure cookers and a Crockpot advertised as stove top. Well, I have used the insert on top of the stove, but for the Crockpot, I’m not a fan. I had always put the Cuisinart inserts in the dishwasher. I really think this made a big difference after the initial flaking began. So, I never put the Ninja in the dishwasher, not once. Everything comes off so easily. Just let it soak for a while if there is an issue. Cleans up beautifully and is really no big deal. I have had mine for a few months, my daughter has one, too. She uses it for everything. So do I. Our inserts look new. Just a lesson I learned--maybe you will find it valuable.
