Where has this been all my life? It makes draining your tofu so easy. It's a good quality container and is made from sturdy plastics. It's very easy to take apart and clean. This makes tofu prep so much easier.

It’s very straightforward to use and works well. The quality is alright, it’s all plastic except the metal spring, and it comes in 5 parts so it’s easy to clean. The drain hole on top is convenient. The only thing I would change is the plastic knob on top, it’s very shallow and doesn’t have much texture so it can be difficult to twist.

This does one job and does it well. The tofu gets pressed and there are holes on one corner to allow you to empty the liquid and keep on pressing. The only strange thing is the directions for assembly are on the outside of the box it comes in so you either have to disassemble and keep it in the box or use it enough that you remember how it goes together.
