Made in China.I love the idea of lipsticks with built-in lip liners, but this set is a mixed bag. On the upside, the colors are seriously pretty, and having the lip liner right there on the other end is super handy. Plus, the pigmentation is on point – even with just one layer, you get some serious color payoff.But here's the downside: these lipsticks are dry. Like, really dry. They don't glide on smoothly at all, which is a bummer. And the matte finish? Yeah, it's not doing my lips any favors – it kind of emphasizes all those little lip wrinkles, which is not a look I'm going for. If you've got really smooth moisturized lips naturally, then the matte velvet appearance would be great for you.Another thing that threw me off was the color discrepancy. The shades on my lips don't quite match up with what you see on the packaging, so it's hard to remember what you're actually getting until you put it on.So, while I appreciate the convenience of the built-in lip liners and the vibrant colors, the dry formula and unpredictable shades lose a star.

The first thing you need to know is the formula for these lipsticks is very drying and the lipstick feels waxy, but that's not very surprising since the set of six lipsticks with matching liners costs less than $8, which is less than the cost of one tube of lipstick that can be bought at the drugstore.The lipsticks and liners are very pigmented, but the liner smudges and smears fairly easily. The colors look different in the tube than on your lips, and since a couple of the tubes look so similar in color, it's not always easy to tell which shade you are about to use without applying or swatching it first.Overall, even though I didn't expect these lipsticks/liners to perform like high end makeup, the quality is worse than most drugstore lipsticks. I would not purchase again.

Reviewing: 6Pcs Long-Lasting Matte Velvet Lipstick + Lip Liner Combo SetThe formula is a little dry, but the pigment of the lipstick and liner is better than I expected. I also really like the color selection, works well with my skin color (light beige) and lip color (red). The lipstick lasts longer than the lip liner, but isn't long lasting on their own. It'll probably stay on for about ~2-3ish hours, wearing too much however will looked cracked and peeling as it begins to dry out.The product is slightly overpriced for the value (at time of writing). The pigment and colors are nice, but the formula isn't that good of quality, and neither is it a long lasting lip product 💄

I was really surprised by how rich the pigment was on these pens. So many times I've gotten packs of lip color where the color is rather pale. I tested each on my hand (see picture), numbering it with the number given for the color on the pen.Not all of these are colors I'll wear - some of these are way too orange for me - but I bet they'd be right for someone else.Also - I didn't totally get it from the description - these are a liner on one end of the pen, and a matte lipstick in the same color on the other end. It probably means you have 1/2 as much volume as you'd expect in a 1-thing-only setup - but it's pretty cool if you want to travel and take a very small amount of makeup - 1 pen would give you a full lip look.I'm very happy - what I really needed was a few new lip liners - which would have been totally fair for the cost of this product - but what I actually got was a LOT more!

The product description is not accurate, so those looking for vegan cosmetic product may be misled to make order that they never would make otherwise. I didn't find out about this fact until it was too late. I'm disappointed.Additionally, on the same product description page they say "【CRUELTY-FREE】We are proud to be 100% cruelty-free. Beauty Glazed never has and never will test on animals, ensuring that you can enjoy our products guilt-free. Keywords: lipstick matte lip set"Since I just found out this product is not vegan despite the claim on the description page, I'm now questioning if this piece of information about the product being cruelty-free is valid as well, since this product did not come with certified seal to show it's been vetted to prove they don't test on animals.

Set is described as "matte velvet lipstick". To me, it feels a bit sticky and waxy. The liners are very smooth, however. I think I like them better than the lipstick. Not a lot of staying power. The bright pink (#06) left my lips stained but washed off easily. In the picture, I'm wearing #03. Overall, I think these are fun inexpensive colors for someone to play with, but they're not my style.
