Chromium didn't work for me, too low dosed, and so is vitamin c, It maybe from synthetic source L-ascorbic acid, but usually you get synthetic ingredients at super high doses. apple cider vinegar I normally take 1000mg or more, 500mg is just too little. Dosage is 1 per day, I took 2 because 1 didn't do anything for me.After taking 2, 15 minutes before a meal, It helped digest food and It made me go you know to that place. What breaks keto is the glucose syrup, you don't want that in anything man made, it's the same thing as having maltodextrin, spiking blood sugar levels and making me want to eat more. Chromium is supposed to surpress appetite, but didn't do anything in this, normally it does do something for me at higher doses, and vitamin -c is so low dosed, you may as well eat a lemon.Didn't like:Breaks a fast period < kicks you out of ketosis.Glucose Syrup. <Spikes blood sugar levels.Sucrolose. <Kills microbiome in the gut.Canola oil << It has coconut oil the superior oil out of the two, why add canola too?Citric acid < careful of this can erode teeth, I normally eat a bit of cheese after having something with citric acid, or mouth rinse to bring the ph balance back to the enamel, and wash away the acid.What I did like:Taste was pleasant.Helped me to go toilet.Conclusion:It was easy to digest, not that chewy it broke into bits easily in the mouth, it tasted nice, but it is just too low dosed as a whole to last long enough vs it's value.

They haven't worked for me

It seems that you can make a gummy out of anything nowadays. I'm changing a lot of my regular supplements to gummies purely for how easy it is to take them.Whilst easy to swallow (or eat), advertising a keto product where the main ingredients are encased in sugar doesn't seem right to me.The ingredients are on par with some appetite suppressants so theoretically these gummies should at least be good for that.
