This stuff is pretty vile. First, it smells terrible. Secondly, it doesn't work as described. It does not heat up; there is no "steaming effect." I am not returning mine because I've used it four times, just to make sure it was a bad as I thought it was, so I don't think that would be right. But I sure won't buy this or anything from this company again!
