These were purchased as presents for someone going traveling for a few months and there well suited for there purpose

This is a very handy set of 2 bags designed to hold damp items. Each bag has 2 leak proof pockets that work well after testing. I put a wrung out swimming costume in the front pocket and a damp microfiber towel in the back pocket. Nothing leaked out of the bag. I put them in to machine wash at 30° and hung them up in a small room with a dehumidifier on. When I checked on them an hour later, they were completely dry. I chose the green and purple. The colours are bright and attractive and you would have no idea what they are to look at them. This makes them ideal for discreet use if needed, such as if anyone has an accident while out. As per my test, they would also be good for swimming and beach use too. Any situation where you need to transport damp material safely these will be perfect. They are a great size. The zips seal well. These are great value, too!

Not waterproof in the slightest.

Brilliant for travelling as you can pack a damp swimsuit without everything else getting wet.

Good sized bags with a zip top closure and zipped pocket. I tested the bag by putting dripping wet socks inside and squeezing. The fabric itself didn’t seem to let much if anything through, but the water does squeeze out of the bottom between the stitches. So waterproof is a definite stretch, you’re not going to want your gadgets nestled up in a bag next to this with a sopping wet swimming costume in it, but it is going to help with damp things, for sure.
