I could not live without them on the beach. They take 5 minutes to set up and are so practical. Originally I bought one for two people which is perfect. Then I bought an extra large Cool Cabana for bigger groups. Which was hard to assemble and put up and not as sturdy. So I sold it and bought another Qipi. Which if we have a bigger group I just set up them both next to each other. 2 Qipis provide more shade than 1 Cool Cabana and can be set up in less time.The Qipis ease of setting up is its #1 feature. As well as it being lightweight. I as a small female can carry it to the beach and set it up very easily by myself. It does excellent in high winds, and I have even put up the extra side piece and hid out under it in a rainstorm. The extra side piece provided protection from the rain. It also can provide extra shade if needed, and the sand pockets are plentiful and keep it from becoming a wind sail. Also purchasing 2 Qipis is actually less money than one large Cool Cabana and this way you have options. I get asked about it all the time.
