It works
I love using kinesiology tape because I get more mobility from it than when I use my normal braces and this tape is comparable to other tapes I've tried. It is not pre cut but does have markings on the back. It adheres well but it didn't take long for the corners to come up which was my fault for not rounding the corners. It came off well, didn't leave any residue and it wasn't painful while removing from my arm that has hair. I wore it for 3 days before taking it off, the box says that it last up to 5 days and I'm sure it can if not place on a joint. I put mine on my wrist so by the 3rd day the wrist area was all lose. From my pictures you can see the day by day wear of it. I think for being on my wrist the tape did very well.

Reliable and Sturdy Kinesiology Tape for Active Lifestyles
This kinesiology tape is a great option for anyone in need of extra support during physical activities. The tape adheres well to the skin and provides effective support without being too restrictive. It’s easy to cut to the desired length, and the stretch offers good flexibility, making it ideal for muscle and joint support during workouts or sports. The espresso color blends nicely with skin tones, providing a more discreet look compared to traditional tapes. However, the tape may lose its stickiness after a few hours of intense movement or sweat, so it’s best to reapply as needed. Overall, a solid product for those seeking comfort and support during physical activities.

Works as advertized
This Kinesiology tape is comparable in price and quality to others. This tape comes in a roll (not pre-cut lengths) so you are able to cut to size needed. I had a surgery recently and part of the PT plan was to use tape in the area to promote the lymphatic system. As with any other tape or bandage that adheres to your skin, start with clean, dry skin with no moisturizers. I can make a piece of tape last 3 + days (showers and all). My PT did recommend that I remove the tape for a few hours before re-applying. I found that the adhesive did not irritate my skin and I was able to continue use as prescribed by my PT. This fair color is very light and subtle and I prefer the skin tones over the high viz colors that are out there (hot pinks, bright yellows etc). The box has a slot on the side that you can use to help dispense the tape, and lines on the backing that you can use as cut lines.

Pretty good
This is a good product. I just didn’t like the thickness of the tape and the feel as I would move, it didn’t flex enough. It was very durable though and for someone requiring stiffer action to limit more movement it’ll work great.

K-Tape which doesn't adhere sufficiently
This uncut K-Tape has a water wave design, adequate stretch, and is water resistant. There is a grid on the backing of the tape to be used as a guide for cutting. The material of this tape is a bit more rough than others I have used. I tested the tape by doing a rounded end cut on both ends of the test strip. With standard appliation, I applied the tape. After several hours, I went to remove the tape. I found that the ends of the tape had loosened and were raised with no adherence. There was no residue left on the skin when I removed it, but if it loosened this much after only a few hours, I can't imagine that it would serve for any significant length of time. At its current price point of $18.00 for a single roll, I would expect a higher performing product. 2 stars.

Good tape
Tape stays on for about 3 days. I wear this all day and take showers with this on. It stays on for a couple of days. The tape is helpful. I have one pains and wrapping this tape prevent those pains. It's stretchy cloth tape.

Works just like name brand kinesiology tapes
If you're interested in this, I highly recommend researching the proper way to use kinesiology tape before sticking this stuff to you.You can use this tape on sore and stiff joints, pulled/strained/sprained ligaments, and other areas where you'd need the extra support. The tape does a great job at providing stability in unstable areas. But again, with stuff like this, find an expert to show you how to use it, or at least, go online and do some research.
