I purchased this as a gift for my grandbaby. She absolutely loves it! Very well made as well!

My grandson took to it right. He loves the sound it makes. He loves banging on it and of course putting it to his mouth.

This drum has such a cute design, and the colors of the beads on the inside match well. They provide a more soothing sound similar to a rain stick when shaking the drum, and add a little extra pizazz when hitting the drum. The plastic in the middle feels thin but has held up really well, not a sign of any issues. The plastic ring around the outside is easy to grasp and has a nice wavy pattern for a little tactile input. Not too loud either! Highly recommend

When I saw this little musical toy I had to get it for my 8 month old. My daughter used to have one just like it and she used to love it. Just as I thought my son took to this toy immediately. He loves to smack it over and over with the palms of his hands like a drum and gets a kick out of the noise the beads make when he shakes it. Normally I would be a little concerned about a baby toy with little tiny beads inside only covered by a thin sheet of plastic but the one my daughter had was at least ten years old and she was super rough on it and it never broke. This one feels like the plastic covering the beads may be a little more durable than the old one too. So far no issues. Great for sensory learning!

This drum has little beads in it that give it some extra sound per thump or allow it to be used as a shaker toy. It does what it is supposed to and helps keep the kids occupied. It is well made for what it is and should last through a decent amount of abuse.I was a bit concerned about beads breaking out at first but one of my kids stepped on this and dented it in and it still held together so I think it is safe.

Within moments of us opening this box, our 11 month old baby was having a ball playing with this little drum. He has always expressed interest in percussion so we thought this would be the perfect toy for him and we were right! He really enjoys experimenting with hitting the drum at different angles and shaking it to hear the little balls rolling around on the inside - it was so precious to hear him giggling and having such a ball. Highly recommended!

This is a great toy. It is cute and the ocean theme is fun. It is light and easy to carry around for a toddler. The drum sound is reminiscent of a snare and is fun to play around with. Overall, I am happy with it.
