Great support
Bought to help after a hurt my back, it gives great support

Great Back Support.
I found the belt great support for my lower back, I use belt when gardening it is great support for when bending or lift small pots etc.,Would recommend it.

Comfortable and supportive
Easy to put on and take off. Gives enough support when back pain occurs. Doesn't really ease the pain but it doesn't get worse when using it. Good for keeping the back pain away while doing manual tasks.

Too big and loose.
The belt was nice axnd wide, which was good but there was VERY little stretch in the belt and through my own mistake (at sizing) the belt was too big and therefore doesn't work very well. Also, the outer tightening straps are too long (when stretched tight) when I attempt to make the belt tight.

I have 2 herniated discs and spinal stenosis, I bought the belt for support and it seems excellent value and is supprisingly comfortable

Just the ticket.
I have had to replace this because I mis-judged the sizing, but as a day to day support for pottering around the garden or doing chores around the house it is just perfect. I wear this French style, outside my clothing. Just the ticket.If you are looking for a strong support to ease considerable discomfort, this is not the one for you, but used as described above, it is very good.
