Wow, this company really cares about their customers. I bought these water bottles which have a silicone insert in each lid and I washed the bottles and left the inserts out on a towel to dry. Apparently my cat thought they were a chew toy and bit into each of the five silicone inserts and left them at my son's door as a present while we were sleeping. I emailed the company to ask if I could purchase a new set of the inserts and without asking for a single penny they sent me a new set and I received them super fast, even though it was my lovely cat that damaged them. I am so impressed with the water bottles, they don't leak and I love how portable they are, but the customer service I received has made me a customer for life.

These are the best bottles! My second set. I lost the first ones over time. They do not leak, EVER. They look great. They are easy to carry inside a purse or bag and you don’t have to worry about a lid coming off by accident. Easy to clean and perfect for homemade juices and etc.

Love these; they are all they are advertised to be. We have two small sets and a large set that we keep in our second fridge after they get filled up each time they come out of the dishwasher, and we always have plenty of grab-and-go water. I haven't had a need to buy bottled water again. These smaller sized bottles are the most versatile and wash up the best in the dishwasher, though the big ones are nice for those who drink a lot, or for sports practice or something. These ones fit in lunch boxes and are easy enough for a kindergartener to use, but work equally well for teens and adults. They fit well in water bottle pockets on backpacks or in diaper bags or purses. I grab one if I'm running errands and they are great for helping stay hydrated on the go or at home. They might get a bit of condensation on them but it hasn't been an issue at all. They don't keep drinks cold like a double walled vessel, but a few times I've been surprised that my drink left in the hot car is still cool. We've been using these constantly for about two years and the graphics on them still look great and the lids still function perfectly. At around $5 a piece, you don't have to worry if these don't make it home, but my kids like them enough that they have kept track of them and they do make it back home. The opening is wide enough to easily add ice or drink mix, but not so wide that drinking is awkward or the liquid sloshes out. Also, on some other bottles the threads for the lid make it difficult to drink out of, but these don't get in the way. It's also just a quick twist on and a quick twist off. Also, we have other water bottles where the lid is attached but these are better because the lid isn't getting in your way when you try to take a drink. The lid is small enough to hold in your hand, and we haven't lost any. They're easy to put back on. I like that there aren't 500 pieces to them to have to clean...no straws, no complex gizmos that have to be scrubbed...no mold or bacteria hiding anywhere.

Very convenient storage rack. The bottles are nice and thick and the colors vibrant.

I purchased the smaller bottles years ago for my young daughters to use. They were wonderful to have in the fridge to grab on our way out the door or any time they wanted a cold drink. As my daughters got older, the smaller bottles weren't cutting the mustard so I purchased the larger size. These bottles hold up and wash well in the dishwasher, don't leak and are a durable plastic. They are also easy to fill, are slim enough to fit in purses and bottle holders. My daughters get other water bottles that ultimately fail and always return to these. Durable and dependable. Definitely worth the cost.

I love these bottles. I make batches of smoothies and keep them in the fridge to pack in lunches. These bottles are great. They do not leak and have a nice big mouth that’s both easy to fill and drink out of. Each bottle has 4 oz increment measurements on the side. I love that I can throw them in the dishwasher. Most of all, I love that the rubber gasket in the lid has a pull tab so that you can easily pull it out for cleaning.

Initially, I wasn't impressed by these bottles, but decided to give them a chance. They, so far, are working well. We use them to mix up powdered sports drinks to keep in the fridge, and the size is perfect for that. The lids are particularly nice and seal very well. I'm still a little concerned that over time, the dishwasher will take its toll, but only time will tell. I'd like to order another set, but alas they are out of stock.

This is my fifth year set of these bottles, three sets of the 16.9 oz and two sets of the 14 oz. I mix powdered drink sticks in some of them and keep some for use soley for filtered water. They rinse out easily and perfectly clear with no residue sticking to them (like my Tervis Titran mugs that retain a fog on them no matter how I scrub them or what cleaning agents I soak them in). These bottles are so pretty and lightweight, the caps seal without leaking. I never leave the caps sit without immediately taking out the removable silicone seal and rinsing them separately and letting them air dry so no mold can grow under the silicone seal if left moist in the cap. Thet've been dropped and bounced by accident while taking them out of the fridge when full, but they don't break or even seem to scratch the pretty and colorful designs on the bottles. I'm glad I tried them three plus years ago, they're so useful and I really enjoy using them.

This is a fantastic product! We bought these to save on buying single use plastic bottles and I couldn’t be happier with the quality. Shipping was delayed a little, but was expected since we are in a pandemic and Ordered during the Christmas rush. Overall though 5 stars!
