Easy to use and lightweight

I have only just used this for the first time and have found it pretty useless.. the pin has to be kept in when using, however keeps dropping out as it’s far too loose and it therefore cuts the machine off for safety reasons.. have had it on charge for 2 days and only used it for 15 minutes before it was dead!!I found the instructions were written in a very small font and I couldn’t really read them properly… that aside, I couldn’t get it to work.. I just needed an on/ off button but this was more complicated!Have contacted the seller but they keep passing you on to different people but no one has dealt with the issue! So I’m stuck without a response! Not worth the money at all.. I liked the fact it was compact and would be easier to use with my arthritis… but unfortunately it wasn’t worth the headache!As I didn’t try a reply ( now about a month later)! I had to keep it!!Useless for arthritic hands.. doesn’t cut even the thinner twigs! Absolute waste of money! Very temperamental.. I spend the majority of the tim trying to get it to work!!!🤔

I should have checked what the blades were made of. Picked this cheaper product for the price rather than more expensive one. Which maybe wasn’t a good idea. The blades wear too quickly and I have to manually sharpen them. Now if you aren’t good at it, it can be a really frustrating task to do and very difficult meaning tool then becomes useless. It’s lightweight which is good, but the safety button feature and the readjustment feature is not comfortable at all. When twisting the handle to a different angle, the safety button and power button are in uncomfortable position for your hand. Like it gives allot of strain on your hand having to hold the safety button and power button at the same time whilst holding it in a different angle, and to be honest, is quite annoying having to be changing around and messing around for each angle and it’s a time waster in my opinion. Charging takes quite a long time but battery life is quite decent. Once it’s sharpen well, it cuts any thin bits of your hedges really good. I don’t like the way it cuts the grass, as it seems to catch the grass rather than cut it, meaning it then starts to pull downwards meaning a damaged bit on the lawn as it then when it gets too low to the lawn, pulls the grass out with its roots.I didn’t like the safety pull feature. It constantly falls out when in use. I know it’s there for a reason, but it’s a bit much don’t you think? Safety button with one finger, angle change gives right hand held position, but then safety button is out of comfortable reach so then you are back to the feeling of being uncomfortable again, then you stop re angle and again waste time faffing around trying to get a good grip and angle and strain free job. Then at the same time that safety plug every minute comes out if a small bit from the hedge touches it.It’s too much for a tool that should be so much more simple. plus you can safely store the tool away from kids just by removing the blade attachment.Very complicated to use tool.

This hand held hedge trimmer is brilliant. It’s made it so easy to cut my hedges and the battery lasts for ages. For anyone that doesn’t want the hassle of big, heavy hedge trimmers and wants to just be able to nip out and get them done easily - this is for you.

Work lovely for first cut. Wait and see if they last !!
