Good fast delivery - in time for partners birthday! Item did have a few finger marks on it when taken out of box and also had a small chip on corner unfortunately :( Overall you get what you pay for although the engraving does look lovely

I was very pleased with the quality of this product. I bought it for my son's 40th and the engraving was excellent and free too. It arrived very quickly and all in all a very good looking product.

I bought this item for a friend of mine. However, fortunately, I found out he had been given a hipflask by his parents before this item was dispatched. I contacted Gift Cookie asking them to cancel the order and they agreed. The item still arrived. I wrote back to state my problem and they explained there must have been a crossover between factory and paperwork. So they gifted the item to me. SERVICE: 5/5Product quality did not live up to the service though. The build quality just doesn't feel sturdy, the screw cap does not fit on snugly but then, what can you expect for this price? The actual engraving was well done except it was not done as asked. Clearly all computer based as, despite putting distinct lines in the message box, the message came out staggered making it look very messy. The flask had several strange 'scars' across it and oily fingermarks upon opening the box. The box was nice enough.PRODUCT QUALITY 2/5Cheers to gift cookie for their good customer service but the product could definitely do with some tweaking.I WOULD recommend Gift Cookie in the hope that your order just has that extra bit of care taken with it.
