This contains a multitude of ingredients most of which I'm familiar with in one convenient tablet. It's an expensive blend/complex and that's the issue with a lot of these combinations is that they can be quite expensive. I guess you are paying for the convenience of taking one supplement rather than the vast list of supplements that this one contains. However the other issue with that is you are getting a fraction of the supplement for a lot of the ingredients that you would get if you took them seperately. The tablets are of medium size but because of their oval shape they are easy to swallow. It comes in a plastic container and it's 1 months supply @ 2 tablets per day.

Perfect to me at least

I have tried and reviewed many supplements in the vine program and sometimes the evaluation can be a little nuanced as often I am taking other supplements at the same time.However it is always a positive when a company like Nutri Advanced has a high rating on trust pilot. This gives us confidence that the company has a good reputation for quality and trustworthiness.Some supplements will claim independent third party safety testing however we do not see this on the product. Given the price of around £26 for a month supply it would be reassuring to get this confirmation .I believe that although the item states it is for men, I cannot see anything in the vast array of ingredients that would exclude women from benefiting also. Before taking a multi vitamin we should be aware of potential deficiencies in our existing diet and why this is?Clearly eating a healthy balanced diet is always preferable to adding a supplement. But with food production now geared around many processed foods this kind of supplement is becoming more and more necessary for some busy people.I have been taking this after stopping all my other meds now for a few days but have not so far seen any noticeable changes although I did sleep well last night. I am vegan and only eat plant based foods all prepared fresh with plenty of greens daily too so I suspect I am quite well served on nutrition as my last blood test can testify.The quality, presentation, ease of use and diversity of the nutrients coved here will give many users the reassurance they need that the basics are pretty well covered. In my view it represents good value for money as we get an all in one tablet which is easy to take and swallow. I noticed however a warning on the bottle regarding the B6 content which appears to be 25mg. This looks very high since the recommended daily dose is far lower at 1.3mg. Hence we do see a warning saying "Long term intakes of this amount of vitamin B6 may lead to mild tingling and numbness" .So I guess a month on and a month off could be an idea. Overall I am impressed, so happy to rate 4 *, but would have liked that third party testing for safety.

I can't recommend this supplement enough!The only thing that I think is a bit of a negative is that the pill can be a little harder to swallow than most. This supplement definitely needs to be paired with a pint of water when you're ingesting it. Other than that, I highly recommend you try this supplement out for yourself! Definitely recommended!
