Review: Super quite for sleep - Super quiet fan. Have had this fan for years and it is hands down the best fan I have eve owned for using in my bedroom. The DC motor is super quiet and allows us to get sleep without feeling like we are at the airport. Seriously, it is a very quiet fan especially at the lower to mid speeds and it adjusts as the room gets cooler if you choose that option. Has a timer and other cool features. Ability to turn off the display at night. To adjust the light in any mode: press and hold the Oscillate or Fan Mode button on the unit for 3 seconds to toggle the display on/off independently of sleep mode. Also super useful is being able to open and clean it. Other brands just get dirty over time and that makes the fans loud and shortens the lifespan/usefulness of them.

Positive. Blows a good volume of air. Negative. Has a mind of its own. Turns on by itself and starts oscillating on its own. Doesn't stop on its own though or I would claim its haunted.
