I took this vitamin in it's entirety before my review. The pills are easy to take. I had no adverse side effects from them. I took this in place of my other pills and did not notice any negative side effects. I would purchase again.

While I haven't noticed any major changes to my health these supplements are easy to swallow, a slight grassy smell but no taste and no apparent side effects.

Spirulina and chlorella offer a number of health benefits. I've been aware of these microorganisms since my teenaged health food career in the 90s, but hearing them called a "stem cell supplement" is novel! This bottle says 1000 mg, but that is the amount in a four capsule serving, making this one month's supply. I did not experience any ill effects taking these, and hopefully got some benefits from these single-cellular superfoods.

Well, this is 4 pills per serving. And it does not list the chlorella as being broken cell wall chlorella. That is important for absorption and digestibility.It's easy on my stomach but I prefer taking spirulina and chlorella in different ways than capsules personally. But this is ok.

It might be strange to call this a stem cell supplement, but it is full of nutritious algae. Taking spirulina and chlorella together can complement each other, enhancing overall health, supporting detoxification, boosting the immune system, and providing powerful antioxidants. Unfortunately the serving size is four capsules, but I'd offer that you can take a reduced dose for a lesser effect. Mild musky plant scent, but no flavor or aftertaste.
