Great house!
My grand daughter loves it!! It does require you to put it together. I was not aware of that when I ordered it. But it wasn't hard to figure out!

Cheaper than the original, but just as good or better.
We love this Gabby's dollhouse! My daughter was delighted to recieve it for it for Christmas.It was easy to put together in a few minutes. The rooms that you can add are easy to install too. The size is large, but not so big that it takes over a large portion of a room. The one drawback that I noticed is that if you add the rooms to the side, then you cannot close the house when you have anything in the included room's space.I know that this version is cheaper than the original, but I'm not sure why since this one is just as cute and has the ability to add on the same rooms as the regular one. Also, the Catavator in this one has a bar to keep the doll from falling out.
