Took a chance and decided to replace our old worn out top. So, glad that I did! This top fit beautifully, the material is thick, well made, water resistant ( not proof) and a wonderful value. It provides good shade but still let's in light. So far, it has survived several thunderstorms, high winds. Excessive temperatures, hot sun, and still looks new! It was very easy to assemble. Now the cons, it is not movable like my other. Once it's fixed in place that's it. It is held on with zip ties, so in order to remove, I have to cut the zip ties off. But I can live with those few restrictions. Great quality, will purchase again. BTW, the gray is a light gray, with a darker gray thread, more medium gray.

Strong, excellent grommets, good natural looking weave, blocks sun and lets some air thru.

I like the water resistant covering. Easy to install.

I was hoping the material would be a little thicker quality. Not as bad as a tarp, but for the price point it covered 32ft of pergola and lowering temp under by 20°. Holding up well to gusty winds. Typically 17-32mph gusts in the summer. While I did not use all the anchors, I attached mostly with upgraded zip ties all myself. Took about an hour to do both sets. I would buy again. I will remove after the season. I don’t see them holding up to the dry area I live in. If I get a few summers out of them, I’ll be thrilled.

This canopy is nice. I really love the grommets this one has. The edges are finished in a wide reinforced edge all the way around. This canopy is also more of a mesh style so it is not going to be totally rain proof. I ordered the beige color and it is more yellow than beige is the only complaint on this canopy. Our previous canopy just had ties that were sewn on and of course they eventually broke from tugging on them. We live in a windy area so they are times that the previous canopy has to be taken down until the wind subsided. With the grommets this canopy is going to last a lot longer.

bought this to replace probably our 3rd or 4th pergola cover. They usually only last a year or two.this one is heavier than I thought, and the material is totally different than any other ones we have had. It is not waterproof, which I knew, but thick enough not much water (rain) gets through it. I think this one will last longer than a couple years.I bought the brown vs the beige because the brown one was less money, but the brown does hold the heat and it can get warm under it.

I never complain about things I buy online but this was a shock. The color represented in the photo is nothing close to the color of the replacement cover I received i.e. a bright, orangish, barn red. The description states it's made of cloth, which it isn't. It's nothing more than a poly tarp which I am going to replace asap with a better colored tarp for 1/3 the price. This merchandise is overpriced.
