I heat all winter with wood I drag out of the forest. This is the full-size profile version of Oregons new aluminum core bars. They are substantially lighter than factory bars of the same profile, and even stiffer. The price is pretty remarkable. For everyday cutting, this is an awesome bar. Saves your body and let's you get more work done without giving up the nice fat full profile bar. Rails seem quite hard and should last a long time. Hands down the easiest and most helpful upgrade you can make to your saws. I will update as it goes through more cords, but I'm anticipating good durability.
