I buy these Beans all the time from Amazon. You can't beat the price and they are packed perfectly! Great deal and the quality is always perfect! These beans are flavorful, as is, so you don't have to "doctor them up" unless you want to. I add a spoon of Recaito with mine and they are so good, I always get complimented on my "Beans". I find it's best to simmer them for at least a half hour for the texture to be perfect.
