Excellent Insulation Material – Perfect for Garden Houses
I used Triplast Expanded Polystyrene Foam for a small garden house project, and I’m very impressed with its performance. The foam is lightweight, easy to cut, and simple to handle, making it ideal for DIY projects. I applied it to the walls and roof of the garden house, which I had previously covered with polyester, adhesive, and render, creating a well-insulated structure. Polystyrene sheets.
Just as expected. Used as wall insulation and stuck with wallpaper paste. Easy. Bit of care needed when cutting to sizes if required.

Does what they are supposed to but fragile
The sheets are ok but not very dense so are fragile. I used for insulation so hopefully will do the job
