This is a great product! It fluffed up nice, and had a slight crunch on the outside. The batter is slightly sweet, which I love. Perfect for American style corn dogs.Just follow the instructions on the bag, and make sure to fry at 375°f to get that full fluffiness.The mix to water ratio was spot on. I even added the water slowly in case I didn't need all the water, or in case I needed more water. It was perfect.
