Solid L-Citrulline!
This is a solid L-Citrulline Malate powder. The scoop included is actually 6g (and labeled that way), which is perfect since that's the standard dose, no need to weigh it or guess like with other brands. I’ve been using it as a pre-workout and the pumps have been noticeably better. Definitely helps with blood flow and endurance. It’s unflavored, but keep in mind: Citrulline Malate has a naturally sour taste, especially with the malate part. To me, it tastes like green apple or lime, honestly not bad at all. I just mix it with water and take it down no problem. The biggest thing I appreciate is that it’s super clean, no fillers, no junk, just straight Citrulline Malate. I’ll 100% be picking up another tub once I run out.

I’d highly recommend for quality of life
This is a great supplement incorporation for daily life. Who doesn’t want increased blood flow? I will be purchasing again. The taste is of a sour citrus when combined with lemon juice, organic agave, and cold spring water over ice you have a lemonade that’s not only beneficial to the body but better than the stuff in the stores.

Great Pump!
This is an outstanding product. I work out 6 days a week and use this before each workout. The malate takes a bit of getting used to, as it is extremely sour. I mix it with a flavored L-Carnitine supplement, which takes the edge off. It certainly makes my ears tingle and gives me a great pump.

Game-Changer for Pumps and Endurance
Definitely works as advertised. You’ll notice better pumps and endurance in your training. It works well for weightlifting as well as for cardio sessions. You’ll find that you can go hard for longer periods of time. Before using this supplement, I felt like I couldn’t push hard or train to failure after about 45 minutes. I personally like training between 1:30 to 2:00 hours. I do a lot of hypertrophy work and target individual muscles, so my workouts are longer. Trust me when I say I cannot see myself training without this supplement. Also, for the females—my girlfriend loves this product and she can’t stop using it either. I take 3 doses before training with plenty of water; my girlfriend only takes one. Disclaimer: this will make your water (or whatever you mix it with) sour. It doesn’t have a particular taste other than sourness. That’s why I mix it with Powerade or Liquid IV—it tastes great since I enjoy sour flavors. If you’re taking a high dose like myself, you can add sugar. I personally use raw honey to balance the sourness while also getting some carbs before training.

OK. Is NOT flavorless.
This is not “flavorless,” as many interpret “no added flavor” to mean. Just as “unflavored coffee” will still taste like coffee. Does not easily dissolve. Even after 24 hours gritty crystals remain. I used KoolAid as my liquid to mix and cover the taste. Good product, but misleading in some of its description.

A product every fitness enthusiast should know about
L-Citrulline Malate is a potent supplement combining L-Citrulline with Malic Acid, the type of acid naturally found in apples. L-Citrulline is renowned for its vasodilating properties, which enhance blood flow to muscles, thereby supporting ATP production through improved oxygen and nutrient delivery. Malic Acid is crucial in the Krebs cycle, a metabolic pathway responsible for generating ATP, the cellular energy currency. Together, these molecules form a stable compound with superior benefits, potentially making it more effective for enhancing athletic performance than L-Citrulline alone. This particular supplement features a 2:1 ratio, meaning it contains two parts Citrulline to one part Malic Acid, resulting in a notably sour taste. For optimal consumption, I recommend mixing the powder in a tall glass of water and using a straw to protect your tooth enamel from the acidity. If a straw isn’t available, rinsing your mouth immediately afterward can also help. If the sourness is off-putting, you can sweeten the mixture to your preference—I use stevia to maintain a low-carb intake. One of the product's strengths is its powder form, allowing precise control over dosing. I often adjust my intake, going up to 8 grams depending on my workout intensity. Overall, this supplement offers a customizable and effective way to boost your athletic performance.
