Excellent at grinding for espresso for a really good price
I'm really impressed by how well this works for grinding expresso, especially for the price. It's solidly built, well-machined, and has a good heft to it. It looks good, no trouble leaving it out next to the espresso machine, and you can grind a dose for a double shot (10-20 g) in about 45 seconds. I like it more than I expected to and think it could easily be our main grinder. However, my partner is not yet convinced that we should not get an electric one. I think an electric grinder than can provide similar results across such a broad range of grind sizes would be triple the price or more.

Best priced hand grinder
Amazing brilliant grinder for the price. Made out off metal, super sturdy, looks clean, super easy to use, comes with a brush. Very easy to store away, handle comes away to make it very portable. Grind quality for all settings is spot on, keeps the coffee beans tasting fresh.

Amazing within its price range
Great hand grinder for a very good price. The building feel high quality as it's heavy without rough endings, the wood knob might not be the softest texture but it helps to have a better grip. This grinder is a jack of all trades, I've been using it for a lot brewing methods from french press to espresso, and it works well in all of them. It produces a low amount of fines which makes it very good for things like pour over, maybe not the best for espresso as it results in a kind of light-bodied brew (now if thats good or bad, goes on your liking). The grinding process is easy, you might need a bit more of elbow grease that with other grinders but nothing out of this world, an espresso grind (which is at around 50-52 clicks) takes about one minute for 18 grams and for things like a moka pot (around 65-70 clicks), v60 (90 clicks), melitta (105 clicks) will, of course, be way faster. It's not of my liking to use a drill so I haven't done that, I guess it might create more fines, and the structure feel like it can withstand it without trouble. As for longevity I can't say a lot, but I can guess it will last a lot if you take care of it and avoid stones among your coffee beans. The only thing that could be better is if the inside was a little wider as sometimes big beans might get kind of stuck if they fall in a certain way, but that would imply a bigger footprint or thinner walls. In conclusion it's a great grinder for an amazing price that you'll most likely be able to use for a long time.
