Terribly made products I ordered from Amazon
I love my insta360 x4 but now it’s ruined because I ordered a waterproof case and took the camera into saltwater here where I live in Western Washington not only did the case not work properly. One of the lenses wasn’t sealed allowing saltwater to enter the case that entered my insta360 x4 camera and now it’s absolutely ruined. I cannot get it to function whatsoever. I am totally dissatisfied. That is the second item I ordered from Amazon that was not made properly. Now, unfortunately, I am screwed with the loss of over $600 combined due to the incompetence and the quality of the items I purchased.

New camera is defective and unable to get warranty.
I have had the camera for less than 3 months. Used camera twice and now it will not turn on. Suspect I was given a refurbished camera. Seller will not assist and insta360 says to go through the seller for warranty. I would avoid this seller.
