Excellent product in every way
The mouse arrived in a very study box to prevent damage. It works perfectly from the beginning and is still running great a month later. The primary user is my wife and she says that it fits her hand perfectly, all buttons have a very positive action, and it scrolls smoothly. Highly recommended.

What I have been looking for
🔋 Exceptional Battery Life • Offers up to 120 hrs at 1 kHz polling or 32 hrs at 4 kHz wireless before needing a charge . • Quick 5‑minute fast charge gives about 6 hours of battery life at 1 kHz—handy for those late-night gaming marathons . 🏎 Super-Fast Polling & Precision • Native wireless polling reaches 4 kHz (0.25 ms); wired goes up to 8 kHz (0.125 ms) . • PixArt PAW3395 optical sensor capable of up to 26,000 DPI, 650 IPS, and 50 G acceleration . ⚖ Ultra-Lightweight & Comfortable Design • Weighs under 60 g, making it ideal for swift flicks and overall comfort . • Ambidextrous shape with a sleek matte Lunar Light finish; no flashy RGB, but a pleasing minimalist design . 🔧 Magnetic-Force Keyplates & Durable Switches • Snappy main clicks powered by magnetic implants reduce debounce and improve responsiveness . • Rated for 70 million clicks, built with optical switches . 🛠 Customizable Buttons & Software • Six fully programmable buttons via the Alienware Command Center—with onboard macros and on-the-fly DPI switching . ⸻ 🧩 Minor Drawbacks 🦾 Side Button Feedback Could Be Better • Reviews (e.g., PC Gamer, GamesRadar+) note that the two side buttons feel “squidgy”, hollow, and less tactile compared to competitors . 🔌 Wired-Only 8 kHz Wireless Lacking • True 8 kHz polling is limited to wired mode; wireless maxes at 4 kHz, unlike some rivals offering 8 kHz wireless

Feeling impressed
Good quality product, may be a little surprised about the initial usage because it has the same problem as the software, takes time to understand. The product is fine, the price is reasonable, the delivery is fast, impressed.

A mostly good mouse with some minor downsides
This mouse doesn't support Bluetooth. Wireless is done with a USB dongle that sticks out from your laptop more than most. That's not the end of the world, though I wish they'd been clearer about that in the description. Tracking is smooth as silk, the best I've ever used. The buttons are as step down from my previous Alienware mouse (AW720M). They're not awful, but not great. The scroll wheel is perfect. I wish it were heavier, but that's personal preference. As long as you don't care about Bluetooth, this a great mouse for the price. I've already used it on Linux (Fedora), Windows, and Mac, and it immediately worked on all of them without having to install anything.

Great choice for gamers.
I bought this for my daughter who streams games on YouTube. It's very light and responsive, and the controls are great! My daughter seems to really like it.

Bought this alongside Pro Keyboard. Previously I had the AW720M Tri-mode mouse (which I got it for free when exchanging my Dell reward), that mouse was already my favorite mouse of all time but unfortunately, scrolling wheel was malfunctioning. I have decided to give Pro mouse a shot : and I am not disappointed at all : this one has that minimalist looks like all the AW Pro products : which means this mouse has no RGB or the usual Alienware look. It is extremely lightweight and very smooth to touch. I hope that AW could include some grips to put on the mouse but that will add on extra weight : sometimes I feel like this mouse is about to skid from my palm because how smooth it is but, if you are looking for something that will glide on your mouse pad with rapid turning and really high sensitivity, this is the mouse. The feel is very , very similar to Logitech G Pro X, almost feel like Alienware just took that product, modify the look and call it the day. Overall, extremely happy with this product, only if they have bluetooth support for this product but once again, that might add extra weight to a mouse that is trying its best to be light weight.

I had a bad experience with this one. The first issue is that there is some rattling around when you shake it lightly. Support team replace with new one. Then after one and a half months, the DPI doesn't work. I had to return it. Btw, great support.

Bought many times, always have issues like scroll wheel and clicks feeling like absolute trash.

Side buttons feel cheap, main mouse buttons have an unsatisfactory click to them, the mouse is lightweight but build quality isn't good. Sensor is good but inconsistent at times. Needs improvement in manufacturing.
