Good quality creatine capsules that avoid the displeasure of drinking the powdered form
The powdered form of supplements is usually cheaper than capsules, tablets, and most expensive of all, gummies and creatine is a very cheap supplement in that form. However, it's also a bit like adding powdered chalk to your drink - it's not exactly pleasant. Some people can cope with that very well, but not all of us can. I personally find I'm not inclined to drink the powdered form when I've had it.Tablets, and capsules like this work much better for me. There's no taste, or smell to worry about with these capsules (creatine doesn't have any smell that I recall but neither do these capsules) and I don't have any difficulty swallowing them. They are fairly large so if you really struggle with large capsules such as average fish oil ones, these might be too big for you though they're not really that unusual for capsules that contain powdered supplements. At the time of review, these seem like a fairly decent price for a single month's supply but I easily found three months supplies that were cheaper overall, which is what you should expect. The price of this bottle vs a directly equivalent quantity seemed pretty reasonable. There's no quality issues I found.

Big capsules - each with 1140g Creatine Monohydrate and nothing else
Some people might struggle to swallow these large capsules that are roughly double the capacity of standard capsules. But they do go down okay with a glass of water. They are UK manufactured from what I can tell, and the manufacturer has a good selection of certifications, including GMP.For good measure though, I opened up a capsule and compared the taste with the creatine that I have as powder in a tub. Both are mostly tasteless, though they're a bit chalky with a slightly bitter after-taste. So I think they're genuine! These capsules are great, if your preferred way of taking a daily creatine dose is as 3 large capsules, as opposed to 6 regular capsules, or loose powder.

Confusing packaging and gelatine wrapped capsules
Each creatine capsule is 1140mg and the serving is x 3. So Each serving is 3420mg or 3000mg of Elemental creatine (Elemental creatine is what you want to know). Basically you're getting 3000mg. Why they specify all these different amounts rather than the serving amount on the front of the package I'm a little unsure. I wish the supplement industry was more regulated so the consumer wouldn't be consistenly bambazzoled my brands with differring concentrations. Some brands intentionally confuse the consumer into believing you're getting a higher concentration than you actually are. Here this brand is specifying elemental creatine (which is basically what you want to know in small print which I assume is only to make you believe the concentration is higher). So from that standpoint alone whenever I see a brand trying to confuse you with numbers I immediatey find them suspicous. Anyway it comes in a black plastic bottle and the capsules are easy to swallow but come wrapped in a non vegan friendly bovine gelatine shell (gelatine shells are becoming rare these days). It's 30 days supply at 3 capsules per day but as it's onlr really 3000mg I would take 4 capsules to take it to 4000mg which is only 22 days supply.

Great if you prefer creatine tablets to powder.
I won't go into how effective these are, creatine is creatine as far as I understand.I normally buy the powder that you mix in some water which is fine for me and cheaper overall; however, I can certainly understand why many people would prefer the pill form.As far as the pills go they are quite large, but with a bit of water they are easy to swallow. I have some Omega 3/fish oil tablets, and these are about the same size. The instructions recommend taking with food or a large glass of water. The dosage is 3 tablets a day, so this is a one month supply. Comparing them to the same tablets from MyProtien, these are a couple of quid more expensive for 90 tablets (When calculated. MyProtien only do them in packs of 250, so you could consider that a bulk discount).

First time taking creatine can't see a difference yet
I've been using these creatine monohydrate capsules for a few weeks now, but I haven't noticed any significant difference in my performance or recovery yet. I'm aware that it can take some time for creatine to build up in your system, so I'm going to continue using them consistently and see if I notice any improvements over the next few weeks. In addition to taking creatine, I'm also focusing on other factors that contribute to muscle growth and performance, such as proper diet, adequate sleep, and regular exercise. One thing to note is that the capsules are quite large and can be a bit difficult to swallow.
