Very good headset and the software compliments it nicely 👍

I have had these around 3 months and for the last month I am finding that they keep stopping working even though still connected to my machine and I have to switch off and on again and manually reconnect to my machine which is tedious when it happens 6 times a day. Sadly my return window has closed otherwise I would have already sent them back. I have now bought a wired pair for work by another manufacturer and my experience of this product is that its not reliable for telecoms use.

It’s just disconnect mid way on important calls, and they hardly hear me, I have to repeat myself over and over. The battery life is solid, Its design is very comfy, but like I said people don’t hear hear me clearly on a call,

Super comfy. Strong. No ANC. Dont buy Yealink BH76 either as there is very little noise cancellation with it as well and its mic is not like this one and it doesnt work properly.

I really like these headphones. The sound quality from both the speakers and the microphone is crystal clear. Even when I'm in the same room with others having conversations, people on the phone can't hear them, thanks to the three microphones contributing to the noise cancellation. Although people can hear my dog barking in the background, I would have been very impressed if that didn't make it through. I spend 3-4 hours per day on Teams conference calls and use the Teams version of these headphones. I've had headphones with mute buttons before, but none that integrated with Teams. This integration allows me to walk away from my PC while on mute and quickly unmute myself by lowering the microphone boom.

If you're like me and were looking for headphones to prevent other people in your TEAMS meeting hear your children scream and playing then look no further. These work! My wife and I share an office space in our home and when she's on a TEAMS meeting or speaking with someone it cannot be heard by anyone I am speaking or talking to or if I'm in a TEAMS meeting at the same time. It legit blocks everything surrounding you out. It doesn't matter how loud she's speaking or how loud my children are screaming the other people on the other line cannot hear them. We tested it and had our kids purposely scream loud while my wife was talking while I listened on my headset in another room and silence, couldn't even hear them. Highly recommend! This is the wife mentioned above leaving a review... I wanted to add that this headset works with other applications not just TEAMS. I have it paired to my work cell and works very well with phone calls. The noise cancelling microphone is amazing. Battery life is long. I work 10 hour shifts. I use it all day and it hasn't died on me yet. The headphones are padded so it's very comfortable. Sounds quality is good. I have nothing negative to say about these headphones. 100% recommend! I'd give it 10 stars if I could.

Das Headset hat eine Zeit lang gut funktioniert. Nach 8 Monaten im Dauereinsatz konnte ich das Headset auf einmal nicht mehr per Bluetooth verbinden - nicht zum Handy, nicht zum Laptop ohne Dongle und nicht zum Laptop mit Dongle. Habe 2 Handys (Android, Apple) und zwei Laptops (Dell, Fujitsu) probiert - keine Chance. Beide Handys und beide Laptops konnte sich mit anderen deutlich älteren Headsets verbinden. Die Headset gehen in Pairin Mode bleiben aber fakstisch unsichtbar.

What a great set up headphones for the daily life of a contact centre. The auto mute feature when you raise and lower the arm on teams has been a wonderful treat while I’ve been in training on teams meetings daily.
