After doing much researching of blue tooth cassette players I settled on this one. I am happy I did!! The speaker has a nice clear punchy sound. It was delivered with no damage to the box and it was packed very well in bubble wrap. I connected the cassette to my Sound core Motion Boom Plus IP67 Portable Speaker this was going to be a make it or break it deal keeper for me and I am happy to say the cassette connected flawlessly and played my cassette music very very well!! I didn't use my cassette right away after purchasing it and the Amazon return window had closed for me to return after the cassette lost its reception ability for FM and AM radio. I contacted the customer service department by email for a fix to my problem and with very quick same day response and email kindness they are sending me a replacement at no charge. The customer rep at the Jazzmm service team really stand behind their product!!! 4 stars would be for the cassette because I was hoping I could not connect by blue tooth to my car like I can with my phone but I assume right now that a cassette device like that right now doesn't exist. I was informed by their service team this cassette does not connect with a car. But hey that's ok. If this company ever sale one like that in the future I will definitely buy from this company. I bought the CR17 cassette player in September 2024, and worked really good, I was able to hear lots of my cassettes, but now it no longer works, it has lots of static when trying to hear the music….the card that came with it says it has a 12 month Replacement Warranty, but I tried to Email the Jazmin store, but haven’t been able to reach them.update I was able to get a hold of them and thanks to a lady named Ivy who was very nice and the company they sent me a new one, so this 82 year old can once again listen to my old music once again !

Another edit!! I received a new cassette player and thank the sellers!! It’s rare in this day and age to find a company that truly cares about their customers!! I’m editing this review because the seller reached out to me and offered to refund or replace the cassette player!! Who does that anymore? I requested a replacement and if all goes well, I will change it to a 5 star!! Excellent customer service! This cassette player started out great. I used it and the radio until late July or August. Went to use the cassette player one day and it wouldn't work. I tried going back to radio then trying the cassette player again, nothing. I bought this item because I wanted a cassette player I could use with my blue-tooth headset. It wasn't worth the cost.

--- UPDATED REVIEW --- July 30, 2024 I was refunded and they sent me a replacement. The newest cassette player I received works better than the first one... Tapes that didn't play in the first one, are playing now. We'll see how this one holds up over time (I'll set a reminder to come back in 60 days). Customer service was great!! While I was initially skeptical, they followed through with everything they offered. I truly appreciate this level of service and they were quick! They worked with me to send a new unit. I'm upgrading from 1 to 3 stars just simply on how well their customer service remedied the situation. I will update again once I receive a new tape deck to replace my old one. --- ORIGINAL REVEIW --- July 24, 2024 When I purchased this, I was originally surprised. The bluetooth worked flawlessly and only a few tapes from my collection seemed to have issues playing in this player... however, it only took one fall from my car seat to my car floor for it to quit playing all tapes correctly. Seriously less than a 1 foot fall, and now everything sounds like it plays in slow-mo. I'm mostly sad because it happened 1 day out of my return/exchange window. Sigh...

Terrible product, stopped working after one month. BT won’t connect, radio can’t pick up a signal…. Just clicks. Don’t waste your money.

Quite a bit smaller than I expected. Quality is ver poor-so fragile that I’m scared it will fall apart when I open it to change tapes. Sound quality is ver good though, and I like the ability to choose between plug in, vs battery powered. All that being said, hopefully it will last for awhile, but not sure-just so fragile!

This Is The Best Cassette Recorder With Blue Tooth That I Have Ever Bought , It Plays The Cassettes So Clear .

What sold me was this cassette player had bluetooth output, which connects well to my speakers etc. However the unit is made from a very cheap plastic and no matter what means of playback you choose, be it headphones, bluetooth or the horid built in speaker there is always a humming that you can hear. And I'm not sure but aren't you suppose to keep magnets away from tapes? The little built in speaker's magnet is directly against your cassette tape ! It does have usb c as a means to power the unit instead of 2 AA batteries if desired. The included headphones are ok ish. The radio was able to tune in my local stations. Bottom line I'm disappointed with the audio having a motor like humming at all times regardless of what you play. I miss the days of American made products or at least any good company that has quality control and uses quality componets. My search will continue for another good portable cassette player. Hope yours sounds better than what I was sold. Update : The seller reached out to me after reading my review and refunded me in full. I was pleasantly surprised.
